FTP configuration

 Using windows web browser : Go to ftp://ftp.yourdomain.com e.g.  ftp://ftp.csja.ca , and then you will get prompted with username and a password. Enter  your username or password as provided by our helpdesk.

 Using an ftp client: The server name is ftp.yourdomain.com, enter your username and  password, port #:21

 EMAIL configuration

 Webmail:: Go to http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail

 Note: Username: should be your full address e.g.: contact@csja.ca

 Outlook: Smtp: mail.yourdomain.com, pop/IMAP:mail.yourdomain.com
 Username: username@yourdomain.com
